Your First Visit

We hope your first visit with us will be a wonderful beginning for you. We offer service at 9:00am and 10:30am every Sunday (9:30am only during the summer months) and sometimes have extra services on special holidays like Easter and Christmas. If you have children, nursery care is available at both services year round and Sunday School is offered at the 9:00am service during the school year and at the 9:30am service during the summer (please call for details - dates vary during the summer). You can park on either side of our building and enter through any of the main doors on a Sunday morning. As you walk in you will be offered a smile and handshake from our friendly Greeters. Feel free to ask them questions right off the bat! If you have a coat with you, there are closets located towards the middle of the building, as well as bathrooms. After you get settled, there are nametags in a stand in the narthex. You don't have to wear one, but typically members do... so we'll know you're a visitor anyway and would love to say hello!

Between services we offer donuts, cookies, juice and coffee in the Fellowship Hall. Feel free to join us. We'd love to meet you!

Services take place in the newly remodeled sanctuary. As you enter the sanctuary, you'll be given a bulletin and if it's crowded, our ushers can help you find a seat. There always seem to be seats available in the first row - but you're welcome to sit where you're comfortable.

Our services last one hour and, as you join us for more services, you'll notice that they have a pretty regular pattern to them. We typically open with music, announcements, and a call to worship. After this we have opening words, a hymn and choir music. We realize the power of prayer and provide an opportunity for people to share "Joys and Concerns" with the congregation. This is followed by the offertory and more music. Finally, there is a scripture reading, sermon, hymn and benediction.

We offer Communion on the 1st Sunday of the month (all are welcome!) and invite the children to join us on the 2nd Sunday of the month to hear the Children's Choir and children's message. Throughout the year there are baptisms, recognitions, guest speakers, and other events.

After the service, you'll get the opportunity to meet the Pastors as you walk out the door. We truly hope your visit is the first of many!
